Oh wow, this is definitely off the beaten path. If I didn't know any better, I'd guess you braved an old 4x4 track out to a certain route near the LCR. The river definitely looks straight enough to match the area. This is such as epic spot to see this kind of weather. Beautifully dramatic clouds and great view down-river. I bet it was wild to witness in person!

. That is the region. It was wild to be there for the storm. Light was changing a mile a minute!
